Hello!
It's my first week back at work and I'm dying here. There isn't enough work for me to do just yet, and I just want to squish my baby. Thankfully I'm only working part time and get off at 1:30 every day, so that's totally doable.
What's been going on here? It seems so slow! How is everyone? Any big plans for the holidays?

We're trying to figure out holiday plans now. I love and hate the holidays because we get to see everyone we haven't seen in months, but we have a limited time and have to share it with both families. It used to be easier to share when we didn't live 1000 miles away because we saw everyone way more often.
I have no clue what we're doing for Thanksgiving. Last year was the first year in our house and we invited over H's friend who moved down here right after we did (and because we did). This year he and his gf said they'd host, but we haven't talked to him in weeks.

Oh already back at work! I haven't totally decided when to go back yet - we'll see. I do check my work emails often though because I don't want to be totally overwhelmed with email when I get back
We usually go to my parents' for Thanksgiving, which is just the next exit up the highway :-) So I don't have far to go or anything. I am glad to see friends that live far away during this time too and everyone wants to come and see the baby.
