I graduated with a degree in ocean engineering, but had absolutely no luck finding a job in my field. So I started with an environmental company in South Florida. I'm still doing the same thing almost 10 years, 4 companies, and 2 states later. I do like my job a lot...cleaning up the environment and all. At my previous job I did a lot of work with government agencies. Now it's almost exclusively private clients. I'd really, really like to get into environmental policy, but it's really hard to get a position in the government if you aren't a Veteran.
