Thanksgiving plans?

What's everyone doing?

Re: Thanksgiving plans?

  • We are hosting for the first time. Mom and dad will be here, maybe my niece and my nephew is stopping by. He still hasn't meet E yet.

  • We go to my aunt and uncle's house for dinner around 3. Then we go to DH's aunt and uncle's house for dessert. I miss having leftovers by going to other people's houses though. Turkey sandwiches are yummy. ;)

  • We'll be heading up to York on Thursday morning.  MIL is cooking the turkey for the first time (H's grandparents used to do it), so I will be bringing some side dishes to help out.  We may or may not be spending the night.
  • I just typed 'We are cooking' and then I laughed and deleted it. IIIIIIIIIII will be cooking.

Not a big crowd, but a big meal none-the-less.
  • We're doing a big thanksgiving at the IL's. our friends from Montana and their family are all coming and my mom and her husband came into town. the count for dinner is up to 30 people. we're cooking 3 turkeys and I've already made 2 cheesy veggie casseroles, pecan pie, french toast casserole, and will make the stuffing and mashed potatoes tomorrow.
