DH closed on his lot yesterday!
I can't believe after 1 year of dealing with the city on the lot that DH wanted to buy, he finally signed the papers to purchase the lot and the papers that finance him for the loan to build his studio. I met him at the bank and then last night we went out to dinner to celebrate. He got a 8,000 sq ft lot for only $4,000 - a deal that never happens. He has already hired his architect and working on getting the contract from his builder. Next year should be a pretty exciting year for our family
