1) Goals? Lose 100-125 lbs in no set amount of time

2) How has your progress been this week? Meh. I'm still taking my Metformin everyday, but I haven't done so well about the eating, exercising, or drinking more water.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat better (and less quantity), exercise, drink more water, and take Metformin everyday
4) Best part of your week? Thanksgiving...and my NP license came through for Ohio, so I'm another step closer to the big move.

5) Worst part of your week? I had stick a very large needle (16G) in my dog's leg to drain a lot of excess fluid. Her leg drained fluid for two solid hours, and we used at least a half of a large roll of paper towels soaking up all the fluid. She seems to feel better, but there is a second pocket of fluid in her leg that I might have to drain tomorrow
QOTW - What is your favorite "healthier" holiday treat? Bonus points for PIP and/or sharing recipe! I can't think of a treat either, but we make oven roasted veggies as a Thanksgiving side dish. Cut your veggies into cubes (we use sweet potatoes, turnips, and a couple others that I can't remember right now), toss with olive oil and your seasonings (we use garlic, pepper, and italian seasoning). Roast at 350 until cooked through (30-45 minutes).
2) How has your progress been this week? H and I walk several miles a night when the weather is warmer, but it's gotten cold in the Midwest the past month, so that's stopped. This week, I started hitting the gym. Nothing crazy, just the elliptical and bike. I'd like to start working some weights in too.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat less crap (today it was Cheez-Its after work), and work out 4-5 times a week. Taking a daily multi-vite now, plan to switch to pre-natals in January.
4) Best part of your week? That it's a short week!
5) Worst part of your week? Work stress. (See Cheez-Its mentioned above.)

2) How has your progress been this week? ehhhh yoyoing...stupid water weight and just weirdness....after thanksgiving its back on south beach

Southbeach/clean/low cal and zumba and back to the gym again soon

1) Goals? Lose 15-20 lbs and fit into my clothes again.
2) How has your progress been this week? Good! I'm sure it's mostly water weight, but I've lost about 2 1/2 lbs since Sunday. A little nervous to see how much I'll gain back after tomorrow though. Going to try to eat "sensibly" for breakfast and lunch, so hopefully, that will help!
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? I'm eating healthier and have started using MyFitnessPal and love it for calorie intake tracking. Bummed that it doesn't do better tracking the calories I burn (guess that's what I'll have to wait for the FitBit Charge HR for). I am also trying to exercise 5 days per week. Including today, I'll have 3 workouts in for the week so far.
4) Best part of your week? I'm with @als1982, that it's so short!
5) Worst part of your week? Nothing really stands out.
QOTW - What is your favorite "healthier" holiday treat? Bonus points for PIP and/or sharing recipe! My favorite treat to take to holiday potlucks is a Tofu Enchilada Dip (I'm vegetarian, but this can totally be made with chicken). Everyone always loves it (even with tofu!). Here's the recipe if interested:
1/2 block diced/drained extra firm tofu (does not need to be cooked first, but if you use chicken use about 1 lb, cook it before mixing in, and shred)
1 8 oz. pkg low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. pkg low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup olive oil mayo
1 4oz can diced green chiles (or jalapeños, if you like it spicy!)
Mix all ingredients together (I use Kitchen Aide stand mixer because it can get kind of thick and hard to mix by hand). Bake at 350-375 degrees until light brown on top and bubbling on sides. Serve with chips.

stepped on the scale this morning and saw a loss back to just below my lowest.....stepped on it again before the shower for the hell of it....down like a full lb and a half lol i hate our scale i think we need a new one LOL
