Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Low - I don't think I really had one, although watching Bear cough was heartbreaking.
Lows...I found out my cousin has stage 4 colon cancer so that has been weighing heavily on my mind. He is only 57. I keep thinking about his daughters. I can't imagine...
Highs - Lots of down time at home, which is really nice. Went to the Eagles game on Sunday with friends and tailgaiting is always fun
Lows- The Birds lost and it took 8 forevers to get home Sunday night, which resulted in me feeling crappy yesterday.
