    What exactly does the beta mean? As someone who hasn't TTC, I don't know the details.

    What exactly does the beta mean? As someone who hasn't TTC, I don't know the details. 
    Beta is the count of HCG in your blood. HCG is the pregnancy hormone. Normal pregnancies have 48-72 hour beta doubling times during the first 4-6 weeks, then they double slower.

    @islandmonkey8‌ I am happy to hear your numbers doubled. I understand why you are nervous. I felt that way the entire pregnancy with O, but it got a little, not fully, better once I could feel her move. Loss brain is no fun.
