  We are going easy this week. 
  
  Monday - Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff over noodles, green beans
  Tuesday - Leftovers - DH is working.
  Wednesday - Frozen Lasagna Roll Ups, Garlic Bread, Salad
  Thursday - Inlaw dinner
  Friday - Tuna Casserole
  Saturday - Family Christmas = lots of delicious polish food.

  Tuesday: Baked Chicken and Rice
  Wednesday: Hamburgers and homemade mac n cheese
  Thursday: Leftovers
  Friday: take out
  Saturday: DH is cooking

  It's a heavy baking week, so I'm going easy.
  
  Tonight: butternut squash lasagna.  Was supposed to be last week, but I decided to get sick instead.
  
  Tuesday : Hershey Park food!!
  
  Wednesday : lemon butter Salmon and asparagus
  
  Thursday : BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potatoes
  
  Friday : Food salad
  
  Saturday : salsa shredded chicken

  Tonight - Pasta with turkey meatballs & garlic bread

  Tues - Tacos, rice, & broccoli

  Weds - Kielbasa, french fries & some type of veggie

  Thurs - Shake & bake chicken, mashed potatos & corn

  Friday - No clue yet, might be out

  I had a dinner party on Saturday night

  
  

  It was awesome:  

  We had

  Appetizers:

  - Mini Mushroom Turnovers

  - Mini Carmelized Onion and Feta Cheese Tarts

  - Shrimp Cocktail

  
  

  Salad:

  - Heirloom Tomatoes with Mozzarella & Basil w/ a champagne Vineagrette dressing

  
  

  Main Course:

  - Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin

  - Lobster Risotto

  - Roasted Asparagus

  
  

  Dessert:

  - White Chocolate and Mascarpone Tart with Chocolate Crust and Raspberries

  - Raspberry Cheesecake Gelato.

  
  

  Now I am just kind of winging it for the rest of the week.  I have a ton of stuff in the freezer that I am trying to use up.

  This is my husband's birthday week, so we are having his favorites all week

  
  

  Monday: Burgers

  
  

  Tuesday - Wine night is switching to Tuesday. And from wine to homemade eggnog. Spiked, of course.

  
  

  Wednesday: Ravioli lasagna with garlic breadsticks

  
  

  Thursday: Out, it's our annual drive around and look at Christmas lights night

  
  

  Friday: Cuban style arroz con pollo
