8 days til Christmas!!

I'm so excited, but am stressed out too!! I feel like I still have so much to do. I have a few gifts to buy and more cleaning to do. (Niece is allergic to cats so I try to deep clean in December). I'm not 100% set on my menu for Christmas dinner. Oh and I need to finish my cards tonight. At least most of my wrapping is done.

How is everyone else doing?

We have a few gift cards we still need to get and I need to wrap everyone's presents (except H's, those are done). I also have to check with MIL to see if I can bring anything for Christmas Eve dinner.

Also...I need to figure out something to do for Christmas Day dinner. In the past, we've gone to York for Christmas Eve, come home that night, woke up and did presents in our house, and then it was off to my parents' house for the day (breakfast, presents, dinner...the whole shebang). Once G came along, this morphed into going to my sister's house in the early evening and doing dinner there. H and I have discussed this and we decided that we would rather come home. The last few Christmases with this arrangement have been a little stressful and we want to just spend time together and relax. So that means we need to plan something to do for dinner. I want it to be special, but I don't want to slave away in the kitchen. I think something we could make together would be fun.

Any ideas would be appreciated! :-)

Where is the time going?! I have everything I have already bought wrapped but I still need to pick up a few little things like gift cards and H's stocking stuffers. I did finally get our cards out today though so at least that happened!

I'm.determined to finish my cards tonight. Waiting on DH to set up labels to print. Its like instructions are in another language and I gave up.

I think I'm done shopping, almost done wrapping. Waiting for 2 gifts for Ryan to come in.

I need to get our cards out. But when I get home I just want to cuddle with E.

I think we're done shopping, but our Christmas cards probably aren't going out. Maybe New Year cards? I'm so stressed & busy I don't care about what we do this year. (I'm a Grinch every year, but honestly sorrynotsorry about this year.) M is the one who pushes the cards anyway.

I haven't shopped for him & looking at my schedule for the next 8 days, I don't think I'm going to be able to do it. My house needs cleaned because everyone comes over for Christmas breakfast. The gifts need wrapped. I'm just glad we got the tree decorated.
