1) Goals? Get back on track with dieting and exercise!!!
2) How has your progress been this week? Meh... I have worked out once and my diet has been crap. Hard to stay on track when life is crazy!
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Right now? Try not to eat every unhealthy thing in sight.
4) Best part of your week? Got my grade on my final project for my last post-Master's cert class and did awesome! Unfortunately though it provides further positive reinforcement for procrastination... I'll never learn.

5) Worst part of your week? Just stressed about selling our house and moving into a rental 2 hours away this Saturday. I can't wait to make it to next Wednesday (12/23) when all the craziness settles and my vacation starts until Jan. 5th.
QOTW: Snowboarding!!! I am not very good since I've only gone about once a year for the past 4 years, but I freaking love it!

1) Goals? Lose 30-35 lbs.
2) How has your progress been this week? Been good a hitting the gym. Every day this week so far. But frankly, I haven't been back in the grove long enough to step on the scale. I'd like to give it a week or two more, and then hopefully be presently surprised.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Gym 4-5 days a week, drink more water and remember my daily multi-vitamin.
4) Best part of your week? Going to the ballet (Nutcracker) with my mom. Not so much the ballet, but making her happy.
5) Worst part of your week? Work is insane. crazy insane.
