I was sent to labor and delivery from my doc appt yesterday (around 3pm). They informed me I was 5-6 cm dialated. When I got to labor and delivery I was told he wasn't far enough down in my pelvis and gave me the option to try for a vaginal delivery or go for a c-section. I requested to try vaginal but baby just didn't drop down further and eventually stopped progressing. Around 7 a.m. the doc asked what I wanted to do and I said since it didn't seem like vaginal was going to be possible that I would go for the c-section.
Baby Eli was born via c-section at 7:18 a.m. weighing 8 lbs 5 oz and 20 inches in length.
