  • I was thinking the same thing after I posted some ideas. Maybe the holiday season made it busy for everyone and people will jump back in in January?

I was wondering this myself. I am thinking I will get this one up. We will see how it goes.

We could always keep a running book challenge going. Not seasonal. No checkins. Just a post with lots of ideas. That way there is no pressure on you or me to organize, but people can still challenge themselves a little. Just a thought.

Don't get me wrong, I love the challenges but work is seriously kicking my butt.
  • That is an interesting thought also about a year running one.

  • If anyone needs a break from organizing anything I would gladly take over any of the responsibilities if that would help!

    Another idea I had was:

IHO of fresh start at New Year's begin a new series

I am willing to help too! I"m a SAHM to a pretty independent two year old and have lots of extra time on my hands.

  • I'm a lurker/infrequent poster and I'm sure some of you have already seen this, but it might be the way to go if you're considering a longer challenge.

    2015 Ultimate Reading Challenge

I'm doing it with two groups on Goodreads and a couple of groups of friends.  I like the challenges here, but the only way I could do one this year would be if the categories could work with the ones in the Ultimate Challenge.

  • I've been hanging back from the seasonal challenges, because I've never finished a challenge ever, so my goal for the year was to finish SBC! I've been working on it since April. (I didn't quite make it.)

If you want to take over for me I would be okay with that. I love the challenges but work is seriously killing me. Pm me and we can talk if you want.
  • I miss doing the challenges! I've hardly been on at all, but would like to be on more.
    Can I marry them all?
