Clomid + IUI #1 (6/2013) - BFN; #2 (7/2013) - BFFN
IVF 1.0 5R/5F/2T (ET 6/11/2014) - no frosties, but BFP 8dp5dt (EDD 3/1/2015)
Lost our sweet baby boy, Lincoln Alexander 10/3/2014 (19w)

Re: Getting Healthy Check-In
1) Goals? Lose 15-20 lbs and fit better in my clothes.
2) How has your progress been this week? Minimal... Have been finishing up things with the move from 2 hours away, unpacking, and dealing with the holidays. Haven't made time for exercise.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Once I'm back to my regular schedule, I'll be hitting up the gym 4 days per week, P90X plyometrics, hiking, and eating "clean". Need to figure out an easy healthy eating plan for when I am traveling for week the month of January.
4) Best part of your week? Exchanging gifts with DH (see Cmas wrap-up post).
5) Worst part of your week? **LR** Dealing with constant reminders of our loss and realizing that no one will ever be as hurt by our loss as we are.
QOTW: What are your "Getting Healthy" related New Year's resolutions? Consistency with diet and exercise, even when things get busy!

1) Goals? - I'd like to lose 50 pounds over the next year.
2) How has your progress been this week? - Progress? What progress? I can't wait for the holidays to be over (and, sadly, my vacation) so that I can be on a set schedule.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? - Right now I'm trying to not overeat and stay away from the sweet. My plan is to track everything and measure it all out and stick to it. Plus, add in the dance games and walking. I also figured that all the activity the week of my vacation will help negate the affects of all the food.
4) Best part of your week? - Spending time with family.
5) Worst part of your week? - Spending time with family. We have three separate families. Mine, MIL, and DH's dad's side of the family. It was so hectic and stressful.
QOTW: What are your "Getting Healthy" related New Year's resolutions? - Lose the weight this year! I really just want to feel better about myself.
BFP - 10/29/2016!!!, EDD - 7/8/2017
1) Goals? Lose about 50 lbs
2) How has your progress been this week? Not bad. Didn't lose anything, but also didn't gain anything over the Holidays. Maybe the scale is broken?
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat healthier, cook at home more, and get moving more.
4) Best part of your week? On Christmas Eve I had an appointment with my Dr, she was happy with my weight loss. On Jan 13th we have our first appointment with the RE, super nervous and excited all at the same time!
5) Worst part of your week? DH worked on Christmas Day.
QOTW: What are your "Getting Healthy" related New Year's resolutions? Eat better. Cut out all the junk.

1) Goals? I'm trying to stop obsessing about numbers. I want to feel healthier and fit into smaller clothes.
2) How has your progress been this week? Terrible. I've fallen off the wagon and started gaining weight back! And, I wasn't about to limit myself in NYC at Christmas!
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat healthier and get back to the gym.
4) Best part of your week? NYC
5) Worst part of your week? DH and I are both coming down with something. I often get a cold after being on a plane.

2) How has your progress been this week? Bad. I have slacked off on my Metformin, and I have made bad eating choices.

My very good friend had her baby tonight. She was in labor for 60+ hours and she pushed for 5.5 hours. She ended up with a c/s, but the baby is perfect, healthy, and so cute!
5) Worst part of your week? My lack of self control/motivation
