As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm focusing on my nutrition right now. I'm back on Myfitnesspal (if anyone wants to add me

Next week, I think I'm going to start working out 2 times a week during lunch, even if it's just walking on the treadmill until I get this cough got. Then I'll step it up to elliptical. And get back to Jazzercise!
The Rowdy Roberts
I started yoga and Couch 2 5k again last week, so that Mon/Wed/Fri. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays Im going to try to get in some light weight lifting.
Staying motivated at the end of the day is really really hard. But working out in the morning when I start work at 6:30am is impossible.
