  OMG I need a new pillow so bad.  Mine isn't that old but I'm convinced its one of the main reasons I wake up with headaches in the morning.  I saw an infomercial on tv about My Pillow.  It made it sound so amazing.  I told my mom I was planning to try it out.  She said she already bought it and it didn't work.  She let me sleep on it when I spent the night at Christmas.  It was a total dud.  I've heard good things about those memory foam pillows that have the cooling gel in them.  I'm wondering what people think of those.  They can be kind of pricey for a pillow but at this point I'm willing to pay top dollar.

  Exactly!  I'm a terrible sleeper so I would pay decent money for a pillow that helped me sleep better.

  I have this one. It's not memory foam, just squishy foam. I had a foam pillow growing up and loved it, tried a couple different ones in between then and now ,and hated every one. I LOVE this pillow so much!

  I seem to do best with down/ down alternative pillows. I roll around from back to side to stomach, and I like to bunch up my pillows, so the foam ones don't work for me. I want to try one of the pillows made out of buckwheat or whatever those are.

  Probably gross and definitely embarrassing confession:  When I went to college I took my pillows from home with me.  Then to my first apartment.  Then to my home with Luke.  I have never replaced my pillows ever.  I still sleep on the pillows I grew up with.  They are flat as pancakes and I have to stack them up but I have no idea how to choose a new pillow.

  I did this for a long time.  I think if you get ANY new pillow, you will be happy with it.  Then after a year or two, you'll become a pillow snob like me!
