Re: Getting Healthy Check-In
1) Goals? Lose about 15 lbs and fit into clothes better.
2) How has your progress been this week? Honestly, yesterday was my first day back on the wagon. It has been a fattening and lazy past couple of weeks!
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? MFP, weight training and cardio 4 days per week, P90X plyo or other active “play” 1 day per week.
4) Best part of your week? It was so awesome being at home, unpacking/organizing after the move, and spending loads of time with DH and the fur babies.
5) Worst part of your week? Heading back to work 2 ½ hours from home again... February 1st cannot get here fast enough!
QOTW: MFP is a huge help to keep me on track with counting calories and especially monitoring my sodium intake. Also, DH and I are pretty competitive, so we make up little contests along the way to motivate each other. Right now, we’re competing over the higher percentage of weight loss each week. The loser has to put this lame iPhone case that is full of sparkles and says “Gossip Girl” on it that we bought for $1 at a local gas station. J
DE IVF ER - 12/2/2016 (17R/10F = 8 frosties); FET 1.0 (1/27/2017) - BFP 6dp5dt (EDD 10/16/2017)
1) Goals? Feel better, eat healthy "automatically", look better in clothes
2) How has your progress been this week? So far, so good. We made a meal plan and stuck to it at the grocery store. I've also been bringing my lunch and healthy snacks to work.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat healthy, smoothies (Body by Vi) for breakfast - I need to get active.
4) Best part of your week? We had a relaxing and fun long weekend, including two brunches with friends.
5) Worst part of your week? This cold is kicking my butt, but I think it's finally leaving.
QOTW: How do you stay accountable and motivated to meet your goals? I'm still trying to figure that out.

1) Goals? Lose about 50lbs, and feel/look better.
2) How has your progress been this week? Over the weekend I started using MyFitnessPal again, and counting every bite.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? MFP, smoothies/shakes, more water intake, healthier meal planning.
4) Best part of your week? Hanging out with DH, cooking together and just enjoying each others company. December he worked non stop, and as much as I enjoyed the quiet and TV all to my self, it was starting to get lonely around here.
5) Worst part of your week? Nothing I can think of

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad sperm1.) Goals? - Lose 50 pounds (at least) this year.
2.) How has your progress been this week? - Good so far. I'm down about 4 pounds (mostly water weight) and have been religiously tracking everything with MyFitnessPal. Other than shoveling snow yesterday, I really haven't worked out though. I need to get on that.
3.) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? - MFP, meal planning, mostly walks and Just Dance on the Xbox.
4.) Best part of your week? - The snow. As horrible as yesterday was, I still love it.
5.) Worst part of your week? - I strained my back last weekend, so Sunday really sucked. It's still twingy (and I don't think shoveling yesterday helped).
QOTW: How do you stay accountable and motivated to meet your goals? - This is a hard one. Before, it was my sister because we were doing it together. Now, we don't live together anymore and it's just DH. He seems to have a hard time understanding that I don't like the gym and can't just work out all the time. It's also been tough to see him drop 30 pounds almost without even trying (he just cut out fast food), while I have to micromanage my diet. However, I HAVE to do this this year. We're planning to start TTC in June and I need to be lighter.
BFP - 10/29/2016!!!, EDD - 7/8/2017

DH got me 2015 since I love 2014 so much.
2015's songs are the best. I love that I get points for singing, too.
