took a test this morning cause AF has showed since october.
BFP.
holy. crap. did not see that one coming in all honesty.
will be calling a doctor as soon as they open (as it currently 5am and i'm about to leave for work.) trying not to get too worked up since false positives can happen.
but holy cow.....if it's not....I am SO HAPPY.

Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
I think you can believe the test, false positives happen just not that often.
I'm going to be totally nosey here... do you have regular periods? I would have been testing like a mad woman if I hadn't had a period in 3 months.
I hope your doctor gets you in asap so you can find out how far along you are!
But, i took another test once I got home...same result.
So. I'm not sure what to think.

Early on its just a bunch of sit and wait and well it sucks. A lot of OBs don't even see people until at least 8wks along.
I went and saw an OB. I actually don't have a regular doctor. Basically they were building me a chart since I am new...asking about my medical history and all that. Then the nurse gave me the low down on when all the testing happens and what not. They did give me a paper to take to a lab so I can get blood work done....I'll have to go later this week so I guess I can ask then about HGC levels.
My next appointment is February 11. I hate waiting.

Now is a great time to find a hobby because there's going to be lots of waiting. It's lovely. LOL

Tyler took it well. He's more excited than I am right now. I actually scared him cause I literally shook him awake at 5am to look at the test. Then he smiled and was all happy.

It seems like the dr office thinks you are 5w but if you haven't had a period since oct you would be much farther than that.
This makes me the only childless one now, doesn't it?
We will all have answers soon. LOL
