Same.. Lose 10-15 lbs, fit better in clothes.

How has your progress been this week?

Great, until the weekend. :P I worked out 4 days last week, so super proud of that. Ate well, but over the weekend, ate like crap and no exercise. I was super bummed that I only lost about 1/2 lb and 1/2 inch from my waist. I guess it's better than gaining though, right?

What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?

MFP, gym/P90X plyo 4-5 days per week.

    Best part of your week?

The weekend with mi familia, but it went way too fast. And, so glad I'm in a nicer hotel for this week (quiet, clean, a little more upscale).

Worst part of your week? Being away from home all week again, and my H's meltdown about my mini-mutt being an a-hole.

QOTW: We finished AHS: Coven over the winter break (loved it), and now we just finished season 1 of The Killing. It's stressing me out, but we're both trying hard not to cheat on each other so we can watch together on the weekend.

  • Goals?

I need to lose 100-125lbs in no set time

How has your progress been this week?

Awful :( I'm still off track with taking my Metformin. I was OOT all last week, and I ate like crap. The one positive note about last week was that I are more fruit than I have in a long time!

What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?

Eat healthier, eat less, be more active (actually start exercising), drink more water and less Coke

    Best part of your week?

I did my training to start my new job, and DH and I decided to start NTNP in August!!!

Worst part of your week? Having to spend 5 days OOT without DH

QOTW: Not to support sedentary behavior, but.... What's your favorite show to binge watch right now? Grey's Anatomy and The Bachelor!
Married 2-20-10        Dx PCOS 1-2013         Metformin 500mg 3x/day  Will Start TTC Aug. 2015

  • Goals?

Stay active, increase muscle tone, work towards decreasing stress/depressed feelings

How has your progress been this week?

Pretty good. Been eating pretty healthy and exercising.

What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?

Yoga 2x/week Zumba or running 2-3x/week. No specific diet plan just trying to eat as unprocessed as possible.

    Best part of your week?

Receiving an unexpected card in the mail from a friend

Worst part of your week? Getting in an argument with my H Yesterday.

QOTW: Not to support sedentary behavior, but.... What's your favorite show to binge watch right now? :) Friends! But I knit while i watch so at least my hands are moving!

  • @FutureMrsWright2012‌ I love AHS: Asylum and Coven especially. I haven't seen Freakshow yet, and I'm hoping I can watch it soon. I have never heard of The Killing before, but I'm going to look it up on Netflix and see if it is on there. Have you ever heard of a show called Salem? It is on Netflix if you have that. It is about the Salem Witch Trials and how the witches plot to control the Trials and the town of Salem. It is a pretty good show, but not as good as AHS IMO.

@Flamingo86‌ I'm sorry you had an argument with DH. That is no fun. Do you do yoga at home or do you take a class somewhere?

  • @GABride2010‌ ... Haven't heard of Salem, but I'll check that out next. I can't wait for AHS: Freakshow to be on Netflix too, but I think we're going to have a looonnngggg wait for that! :(

  • I know!! I hate having to wait for my shows, but the $$ we save not having cable trumps my desire to watch TV!

  • Goals? Lose about 50 lbs

How has your progress been this week? Pretty good.  Lost 2-3 lbs since Christmas

What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Smarter eating and snacking.  More water intake.  Every morning I try to have a smoothie for breakfast, and track on MFP.  I am amazed every day how quickly all the calories add up!!!
Which helps me make smarter choices.

Best part of your week? Seeing that I lost some weight.

Worst part of your week?  Not sleeping well at night.

QOTW: Not to support sedentary behavior, but.... What's your favorite show to binge watch right now? :) I usually like watching the 'reality' shows.  The Kardashians, NJ/NY House Wives.

  • Goals?

Feel better, look better

How has your progress been this week?

Not bad, but not great.  I've had Body By Vi shakes for breakfast, and healthy snacks, but unhealthy lunches.  And, I snack like crazy between getting home from work and dinner.

What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?

Eating healthy, I need to get moving more.  I'm thinking about Weight Watchers online...any reviews/advice?

    Best part of your week?

I got beautiful flowers from H's cadets last night at his retirement parade.

Worst part of your week? I know that H is sad about leaving his cadet corps.

QOTW: West Wing, Battlestar Gallactica, Game of Thrones.
