Prenatal Yoga
I think this was a previous topic, but I can't get the search function to work for crap. So sorry if I'm missing a similar post.
Do any of you have recommendations for Yoga dvd's? I've found a few in person classes but they are all M-T-W. I was just thinking about getting a good dvd to do at home 1-2 days in addition to the classes.

I took prenantal yoga at a studio, they offered a friday evening class. I loved it, it was so nice to go somewhere and really relax. I couldn't have gotten that at home.
I'd suggest finding a class if possible and trying to fit in into your schedule. I truly think it really helped to prepare me for labor too
