As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    my strict diet is also working, i'm slowly losing a little more baby weight

    I'm finally done with that cough, so hopefully I can start the gym at lunch soon.  Not really trying to lose, just get back into healthy habits.

    I'm on Day 15 of the 21 Day fix. MIL said she saw a difference last night (they'd been gone 12 days). M said he felt *ahem* a different the other night. I saw definition in my calves today that I haven't seen in 13 years.

    ETA: Today was Upper Fix. My arms are killing me & I have to work at the restaurant tonight. Let's see how many plates I nearly drop because those suckers are HEAVY.
  • way to go @phanatic ! its so hard to get started but once you're doing it, it always 'hurts so good' in my opinion
  • I'm still doing various on demand workouts and my Jillian DVDs.  I'm hoping to go for a run at some point this weekend, though!  It's so exciting that it's getting lighter and lighter when I leave work in the evenings...but it's still dark by the time I get home :-(
