Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • No working out since I've been so sick, but since most of my calories the past week have been from cough drops I'm feeling very skinny! Haha

  • Still trying to go to the gym a few days a week. Even if it's only for a few minutes, I figure that is better than nothing at all.

  • Meh. Workouts will resume in a few months when the foot is better. In the meantime, I'm getting a huge arm and core workout by pulling myself up on things and balancing on 1 leg lol!

  • I did a 25 minute walking workout last night and I plan to hit our rec center tomorrow with a friend to walk on their indoor track. I plan to wear J on my back so, that will be adding 20+ pounds of resistance to my walk.
