  I confess that instead of reading last night I played about 4 hours of Minecraft with DH and his friends on the xbox and I had fun.
  
  I also confess that I think DH needs to be placed in a bubble so he will stop getting hurt. Last week he sprained his ankle. This week he hurt his neck. Does anyone know where I can get one of those giant hamster balls?

  I have to take a 2 day first aid course next week for work and I am dreading it.  I don't want to spend 2 full days with a bunch of strangers instead of being at work, earning money. There was a scheduling conflict regarding the person that was supposed to be covering my shifts at work, so I volunteered to skip the course and just work instead.  That idea was shot down:(

  @catwine they're requiring the course and still not paying you for the time they're requiring you to miss?  That's shady.

  Nope, I'm pretty sure they pay for the course though.  The library (where I work) is governed by the township office and it is run TERRIBLY.  The CFO is a jerk, who came from a big city to our small town and thinks he is the greatest thing ever.  He actually uses township plow trucks for his and his negihbor's driveway.

  I confess that I have no idea what to get DH for his birthday. I feel bad. I feel like I should know him better than this. But, I'm just at a loss. Doesn't help that he's pretty self-sufficient when it comes to buying stuff that he wants/needs.

  At mils for dinner. She's cooking and I'm scared. I watched her cook and barely ate anything. One day I'll work up the nuts to say something about the finger licking.

  I confess that I am mad that this storm didn't happen during the week so I could have a snow day.  I normally hate snow days because we lose vacation time, but it is necessary!
