* Sorry this is a day late! Busy day at work yesterday; then, I attended my first support group meeting, so my mind was elsewhere last night.*

Re: Getting Healthy Check-In
Goals? Lose 10-15 lbs, fit better in clothes.
How has your progress been this week? Good! I finally saw a drop on the scale (2.4 lbs over past week) and was on track with diet/exercise including a 4 mile run in 39 min.
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat "clean" and monitor calories/sodium with MFP, weight training 3-4 days per week, cardio 2-3 days per week.
Best part of your week? LR.... Attended support group meeting on Tuesday night although it was really just myself and the woman in charge of the organization who was there for DH and I in the hospital when we lost Lincoln. I hadn't seen her since then, so although it was super emotional, I was happy to be able to say thank you once again and talk about our little boys together (she lost her son at full term due to a cord accident).
Worst part of your week? Can't think of anything specific.
QOTW: Probably just hanging out at home (it's going to be crazy out here!). Honestly, I don't really care who wins, but DH is going for NE because he can't stand Sherman. I really like Seattle otherwise, so I might go for them just to oppose H.
DE IVF ER - 12/2/2016 (17R/10F = 8 frosties); FET 1.0 (1/27/2017) - BFP 6dp5dt (EDD 10/16/2017)
DE IVF ER - 12/2/2016 (17R/10F = 8 frosties); FET 1.0 (1/27/2017) - BFP 6dp5dt (EDD 10/16/2017)
Goals? Lose about 50 lbs
How has your progress been this week? eehhh, not that great. But today is a start of a new day.
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Healthier/cleaner food choices. More water intake. MFP,
Best part of your week? Snow day on Tuesday, and kicking my managers butt in Trivia Crack. Me 6, him 0!
Worst part of your week? .....
QOTW: Plans for Superbowl Sunday? Which team are you rooting for? Anyone lucky enough to be coming to my home state to see the game in person? Don't even know who's playing! That's how much we know about football in this house. Our friends moved to Arizona over the summer. DH and I would love to take a cross country road trip to see them, just need to figure out when.
