I am finishing up Hello, Darkness for WBC. I am hoping to finish sometime today, I only have about 100 pages left. It will be #16 for the year.

I have a couple random kindle books I got for cheap that I've started but haven't really gotten into yet.

I just picked up Uninvited on overdrive based on @packfan20 's review so I will probably start that next.

I love most breakfast food! My favorite is a skillet a local diner makes with eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, and cheese, and a mimosa to drink. Unfortunately we rarely get to go there anymore.

  • I'm reading The Girl on the Train.

I should (finally) finish listening to Ready Player One today.

    #s 11 & 12 for the year.

I love french toast and hashbrowns.  Or cheese blintzes.

  • I am reading Hammered in the Iron Druid series. I wasn't sure I liked the first book until I met a certain character, who is still my favorite three books into it. I think it is around fifteen for the year.

Favorite breakfast for me is biscuits and gravy with a nice fancy coffee. Yum.

@packfan20 I am really enjoying it so far! I'm waiting for something big to happen because it feels like it should be close to being over but there are still 100 pages left!

  • I'm reading Inspired by Cora Carmack.  It's nice, easy, sexy read.  #9

I'm listening to Red-Headed Stepchild by Jaye Wells.  I'm only about 10% in and it's just OK so far.  The narrator isn't great.  #10.

I love skillet breakfasts.  My favorite is this one.

  • I'm still reading 11/22/63 and loving it! I'm also reading Isla and the Happily Ever After, so cute. There are 4 and 5 for me. I'm a bit behind already. I blame 11/22/63, but I can't stop reading now!

Blueberry pancakes are my favorite breakfast food.

  • Still working my way through The Path Between the Seas by David McCullough and Elizabeth I by Margaret George.

I also started up The Moon Sisters by Therese Walsh for something lighter and fluffier.

  • I'm reading Red Rising and Firefight. Just started both of them, so I haven't formed an opinion yet. :)

I'm not a big breakfast person. I like oatmeal, though.

  • I've been doing a lot of hopping back and forth between books lately. I've got Bad Feminist and Compulsion going, and I also just started Dear Committee Members by Julie Schumacher. That book is just what I needed right now. It's a novel told through a series of letters of recommendation from a jaded and hilarious Creative Writing Professor. I highly recommend this for anyone who has worked in academia.

On the listening side, I'm a little over halfway through Glory in Death by JD Robb. Love it.

For breakfast I love those chocolate croissants from Trader Joe's that you have to leave out overnight to rise and then bake into flaky goodness in the morning. I don't have them often, but I love them when I do.

  • I'm reading "Girl on the train" and "Big Little Lies". #s 10 and 11. I don't like breakfast much.

  • I'm reading The Girl with all the Gifts and it's good but I have so much reading to do for grad school that when I have time to read it I fall asleep!

I'm listening to Blood Magick by Nora Roberts and I love it!

My favorite weekend breakfast is a veggie and cheese omelet with hash browns and rye toast.

  • I just finished The Witness by Sandra Brown. It was okay. It was also #6 for the year.

My favorite weekend breakfast food is cinnamon rolls. DH and I usually eat them with coffee on the couch with the snuggly kitties.

  • I'm finally reading City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare. I'm also listening to Winter's Heart by Robert Jordan in my car.

I love Eggs Benedict but I only get those when I'm out somewhere for breakfast. At home I like to make a Dutch Baby.
