We did have the super bowl on and I saw a lot of it, but have a 1 wk old changes things.
I actually watched both, football isn't my favorite sport but I like a good game.
The Fiat commercial might have been my favorite. Although avocado one was pretty great too.
Also, LO keeps kicking me in places that feel like he's going to drop out, and/or damage my urethra. Sorry for the TMI, but I literally feel like he soccer kicks and my urethra is going to fall out. Impossible I know, but still.
As for the Super Bowl, I only saw bits and pieces. I'm more upset about missing the commercials than the actual game (even though I like football), but nesting kicked in big time this weekend and I went grocery shopping at a few stores for the deals, did 4 loads of laundry, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, and then worked some overtime.
I saw the avocado draft one if that's what you're talking about @aggiebug and it was pretty good. I'm more irritated with the Nationwide one with the little boy who said he'd never get to grow up, get cooties, or travel the world because he died in an accident. I can't imagine trying to explain that to a kid if watching the Super Bowl with one, or the triggers for parents who have lost a child. Sure, it made an impact, but I wish they would have taken a different angle.

Today is a snow day for me but this week is the start of my last 2 weeks before I start my leave from work. I cannot wait!!! Oh and my shower is this coming weekend!

And yeah the nationwide commercial was a little inappropriate IMO. The site actually has some phenomenal information, I just wish is was more sensitive to those who have suffered a loss.
And thanks. I can't imagine what this week would be like if I didn't like MIL. I just don't feel ready to share my home with anyone. I also not one to ask for help so letting her do stuff while I sit on the couch is really tough. I appreciate it, it's just a lot.
