Were you the one I saw, maybe on FB, getting into essential oils?
Do they work? I saw a friend say she uses lavender on the foot, big toe mainly, to get her son to nap, and I'm willing to try anything to get naps back lol. Are there certain ones you have to use? I know the friend said it was almost $30 for the kind she uses, and my jaw dropped.

Re: @Danaocny - Oils
If you are thinking for for E you just have to dilute heavy for babies in a carrier oil, I use dSweet almond oil. I swear by it. The one I use is 15 ml for $30.92, worth every penny !
I'd be happy to a swear any more questions if you have!
So I just ordered a mini kit from Amazon before I invest too much. I really wanted to try the lavender, sweet orange, peppermint and eucalyptus. I think this one had tea tree and Rosemary as well. I also downloaded a free book about it.
Could I use coconut oil for the carrier? I was going to heat it up a bit and mix it in. Does it not work as well in a candle warmer thing? I know on FB the girls were like GET THE BIG TOE!!!!
I just need her to take a nap longer than 20 mins for our sanity. She completely melts down from exhaustion at 5-6 pm... you know, when I get home from work. My friend tried it and said he relaxed and napped like a champ. I'm like SIGN ME UP!
My prenatal yoga instructor would use an orange essential oil at the end of class on my temples. I loved it! I was very soothing to me.
