DH's health and life
I just wanted to let you guys know that Dennis had his cat scan for his lung and it looks like it is clear! This is wonderful news. We were not sure if all of the mucus/fungus was still trapped there. He was on heavy medication from August to December, and that must have cleared it. We are very happy.
In other news, we can start trying for a second baby whenever we would like, because he is no longer on that strong medication. Honestly, I am not ready for a second baby. Liliana is a very demanding child and I don't know how I would have time to care for another child. Liliana is still brestfeeding and sleeping in our bed. We bought a rail for her crib and will be turning it into a toddler bed soon, with the hopes that she will sleep there. I will be a nervous wreck without her next to me, but it's what needs to happen. Sleeping with us, she is up 4-6 times a night and brestfeeds each time. It is exhausting!
Other than all that, life is good. DH works 2 jobs. I teach part-time at the public school an hour away 5 days a week and at the community college one day a week. I am applying for teaching position closer to my home and really hope I can get an interview! Wish me luck. It would cut my commute in half and my salary would double since it's a full time position.
