Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How is it going?  Not sure why this came up when I googled workout gifs, but it made me smile.

  • As I've been getting my strength back from this flu I've been walking more and doing squats.  Hoping to get back to the gym next week.

  • I REALLY need to start doing something.  I haven't been motivated until this morning when I put on my work pants and they are a little tight...

  • I went to the gym at lunch today. Just walked but it was great!

    A few friends have started fit bit challenge. I LOVE THEM! It plays into my competitive side. Anyone want to do that for our group? Idk how many have one.

  • Trying to get to the gym as much as possible. This week's been iffy since the weather has been bad (the building is located at the top of a steep hill that rarely gets plowed)

    And @mana8503, that sounds tempting. I actually belong to a fitbit group through one of the other forums I post to and it does make things a little more fun and competitive.

  • I'm in for the challenge!! If we're not friends, I don't know my username, but look me up by email. jenlj015 at gmail dot com (does it let you post those here? I wasn't sure...I'll edit it out tomorrow if I remember). 

    I've just been hitting my steps. Some days we're doing T25 workout still. I didn't go to work Monday, so I didn't then. Yesterday my co-worker wasn't up for it and today I feel like crud. We need to get back in the swing of it!

  • Ugh. There's not much I can do with the broken foot. However, my arms are looking like Popeye's because of pulling myself up onto things to stand up, etc lol!
