House hunting will help with your mind. Decide what you want, need, and like.

We are going home for 2 weddings this year, and want to go to Vegas for my parent's 25th wedding vow renewal ceremony. We just signed up for the Southwest airline CC. I hope we like it. But it gives us 2 round-trip flights. I need to work on laundry and dishes but feeling pretty lazy.

T and I already talked about it last night and have a pretty good idea of what we want and need. We even have a house picked out. We don't have our hearts super set on it in case it sells before we get to it.

I love Southwest. I didn't know they had a credit card. That may not be a bad idea for our flight to Orlando.

What has turned me off was the annual fee($99). So I have had a hard time with signing up. But $99 will get me enough points for us to go home twice is a pretty big savings.

That's funny = ) Thanks, we love it too. The price per month makes me a little nervous. In the winter time, T's hours often get cut so it'll be a little tight for us. It doesn't always happen, but always have to be prepared. We can make it work for sure.

and thank you. We have to set up a meeting with our mortgage broker. Just waiting until after my ultrasound to see what happens with that. One thing at a time.

I was at a bridal show all day.

I love the southwest card. We earn at least 3 flights per year so it more than makes up for the $99 fee.

When are you going to Vegas?

Depending on the interest rate, about 900 a month with taxes and insurance included. But, we went over our budget and if we cut back on unnecessary spending (like my Starbucks and eating out all the time), we will be just fine.

I am thinking that this year the $99 fee will be worth it for us Aleigha. I almost texted you to see if there was a referral bonus for you. I knew you had it.

I think $900 is a fair price. Our house was 137.000 and the house payment started at that. But then with some escrow mishap, we now pay $1219. I am hoping that it will go down a little bit.

For sure. It was just sticker shock at first. We only pay 600 in rent right now and that includes everything. But, like I said, once we sat down with our budget and what we usually spend, we would be fine.

My parents want to renew their vows June 11-14. I will be 34 weeks in 100 degree weather. I am visuallizing me being miserable, but it is really important to them.

That will be fun for your sister's birthday. I really want to stay at the SLS hotel. It looks so nice! But my brother already booked his tickets and staying at the stratosphere. So we'll probably just stay there. I figured I could just lay by the pool all weekend. Anything else that I can do?

I hear you on the laundry. I did 4 loads today. Plus dishes yet somehow I have a counter full again. Ugh! Worked on dinner ideas, grocery list and getting my coupons in order.

I like the house. $900 is close to what we were paying in Oklahoma. We pay more in CO but it's cheaper than what rent would be for our place.
