  Time off is the best part.  I have a holiday tomorrow and Monday and we took off on Friday.  Yay for 5 day weekends!!

  DH says the time off is the best part also.

  PS I posted this question and then read the WTFs for the day.  This should be interesting...

  We work for ourselves, so that's probably the biggest win for us.  There are a lot of perks that come with being a business owner, but there's also a lot of pressure and headaches you have to deal with, so it kind of evens out.

  I like the people I work with.  We've gotten close over the years

  H - he likes being alone and driving.  and each day is different.

  The perks. I get paid pretty well and I have insurance and occasionally get little bonus things from the company head.
  
  I know DH loves whenever he gets to travel. It's usually same day stuff but he enjoys driving that much apparently.

  H likes driving and not having constant supervision but with his current position he doesnt get as much open road and he has a manager overtop of him all the time but he has a set schedule and He gets to come home everyday which he says is what he likes most about his job.
  Me: I enjoy the work, the people, and the flexibility. I can pick my own hours as long as I am in for the core hours.
