  That I have a friend at work! They hired a girl about my age as a graphic designer in December and we have a ton in common.  Most people here are older than my parents so it's REALLY nice to have someone to talk to.

  I'm thankful that the IT guy at work confirmed that I'm not crazy. A few weeks ago, I had to make a call but my phone would not dial out. I thought it was a fluke and just used my cell phone. This morning, I had to call into a conference call. Again I couldn't dial out and spend the 1.5 hour call on my cell. I sent a request to IT and the guy looked at me like seriously, PhD can't use a phone?!?! Then he tried it and confirmed that it is in fact broken! They are still fixing it 2 hours later. I seriously thought my foot injury had traveled to my brain for awhile, haha!

  I'm thankful for our chance of snow Monday night!! I know most of you are sick of snow, but down here in good ole TN, we just get cold and little snow. Right now H said the models are predicting 6"!! That will get us out of school for most of the week.   My computer at work was beyond a dinosaur.  I got a new computer yesterday.  I am very thankful for a brand new, fast, and most importantly working computer!
