I worked from home both Monday & Tuesday.

Tonight might be a grilled cheese & tomato soup night.

Not any more. I used to get Real Simple. Actually, we do still get Consumer Reports. It makes me feel like a grown-up. ;)

    2) What's for dinner?  Most likely beef stew leftovers.

    3) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? If so, to which magazines do you subscribe?  Yes, just National Geographic and once I read them I hand them off to my Dad.

    4) What is your favorite way to exercise?  Walking but that's been impossible lately, but I've been getting excellent exercise, shoveling.

  • 1) I had Monday and Tuesday off. Monday I went through my closet and drawers and organized my clothes. I dropped off FOUR bags of stuff to Goodwill. Yay! I did nothing yesterday, and it was fabulous.

    2) Crab ravioli with red pepper cream sauce, green beans

    3) I subscribe to Real Simple, The Atlantic, Digital Photography, and All Recipes

    4) I really got into running and races, but my ankle no longer allows me to go even  long-ish distances. My husband and I have really been enjoying bicycling recently, and that's easier on my arthritic old person joints.

  • 1) Did you have any days off, or did kids stay home this week? What did you do? Nope there have been delays but school has went on. My youngest is sick so DH stayed home with him today.
    2) What's for dinner? Probably something extremely easy
    3) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? If so, to which magazines do you subscribe? I just let my subscription expire to Better Homes & Garden. That was it.
    4) What is your favorite way to exercise? I do videos through youtube. I do not like going to the gym, and cannot get into a class right now with my schedule.
  • 1) Did you have any days off, or did kids stay home this week? What did you do?
I didn't, the kids had last Friday and this Monday off.  Friday I was home, we went to lunch & a movie with friends.  I did take a half day off alone yesterday and got an oil change & went to lunch with a friend.  Didn't tell dh :)

    2) What's for dinner?
I was going to make "unstuffed" peppers for dh & I and tacos for the kids.  I forgot we have ds basketball game so we might go out to dinner with friends.

    3) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? If so, to which magazines do you subscribe?
Yes, less than I used to.  WW Magazine, Lucky, & People.  That actually might be is, I used to also have Entertainment Weekly, Glamour, & Cosmo but I let them expire.

    4) What is your favorite way to exercise?
If and when I actually do, which has been few and far between lately, I like cardio best.  Treadmill, bike, walking,  30 Day Shred.

  • 1) Did you have any days off, or did kids stay home this week? What did you do? The kids had last Friday off for teacher in service day and this Monday off for Presidents Day.  I took of last Friday to stay home with them.  I should have taken off today.  It took me three hours to get to work today!  I live 30-40 minutes away.  Ridiculous.  I can't start thinking about the crappy job the city is doing with snow removal though it makes my head want to explode.

    2) What's for dinner?  Probably grilled cheese and tomato soup.  I want something fast because the boys have basketball practice and I want to go to the gym tonight.

    3) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? If so, to which magazines do you subscribe?
I think I am subscribed to Shape or Fitness right now.  I think I might get Elle Decor right now also.  I always get at a couple of magazines.  I'm not much of a magazine reader but the kids sell them for school so I feel pressured to buy.

    4) What is your favorite way to exercise?  I go to the gym and do weight lifting and cardio (elliptical or running on the treadmill)  I sometimes do videos at home.  I have a bar method video and a pilates video that I really like doing.  I'd like to do classes but I work out too late at night (8 or 9pm) and classes aren't offered that late at my gym.

  • 1) Did you have any days off?  I worked on Monday, but Tuesday and Today have been snow days.

    2) What's for dinner? I don't know.  I'm going to opening night of a show that my husband has been working on, so I might just graze when I get home.

    3) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? If so, to which magazines do you subscribe? Nope

    4) What is your favorite way to exercise? biking!  (Going on a bike trip in a week and a half!)

  • 1) Did you have any days off, or did kids stay home this week? What did you do?
Monday we were all home. The kids played, my husband took care of one of our rental properties that was broken into, and I graded papers and tried to convince my youngest to sleep in his new room with his brother.

    2) What's for dinner?
No idea. Things were so busy this weekend that I didn't get a chance to make my usual grocery trip on Sunday so I've got to be creative with what we have.
    3) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? If so, to which magazines do you subscribe?
Just to the RWR, the magazine put out by Romance Writers of America.

    4) What is your favorite way to exercise?
Elliptical or Yoga Booty Ballet DVDs, or hiking when the weather is nice
