Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WTF etsy seller - I ordered earrings on the 3rd, listing said 3-5 days to ship. Then when I ordered it said 5-7 days. Fine. After 9 days I emailed her, asking if it shipped yet. She said it's shipping today (took a day to get a reply, so that's the 13th). I get a notification today it actually shipped today... so 15 days after ordering. If she emailed me and said "hey, I'm having supply/medical/life issues" I'd been ok. Don't tell me it's shipping and don't do it for almost a week. I hate giving bad reviews, but oh well...
I am only stay with this practice because I really like the doctor and nurse. I took a break from them for a few years and definitely remember it was because of the office staff.
My phone still doesn't work, I dnt have access to files that I should, and I still don't have certain credentials that I should. I've been here almost 2 months and the IT department can't get their acts together?!?!
