  thanks! there some cosmetic things to change eventually...but it's in a GREAT neighborhood, i adore the backyard and the stair case and the layout is great. I love the huge kitchen and the three seasons room as well.

  It looks great! I love the wood ceiling look in the living room. The bedrooms look nice and big and it has a great backyard. Is this a definite?
