  • Non stick, because:

  • Both. The stainless ended up staining though!

  • Non-stick Calphalon right now, but in my dreams someday I'll own an entire copper set of cookware  B-)

  • We are using my parents cookware since our set is packed away.  They have some older non stick pans that are terrible.  They also have a complete stainless set that isn't non-stick so only use those for soups, pasta, and the like.  All of our cookware is non-stick and although I like them, I'd love to get a new set of nice cookware when we move.

  • I will be completely honest. I'm not sure what we have. Since H is the chef of the family, he's very picky about what sort of pans and pots we have.

I want to say they're stainless though. We do also have a huge collection of cast iron that occasionally gets into rotation.

  • We have Analon nonstick pots and pans.

Someday I want to be brave enough to try stainless, but I'm too much of a chicken.

  • We have non stick with the exception of 2 stainless frying pans.  DH wanted them.  We used them for maybe a month and then went back to using all non stick pans.

  • Non stick, but I did get 2 ceramic pans for Christmas in our gift swap.  They actually work pretty darn good!  It's so hard not to grab the pam or oil...

  • All-Clad d5 stainless! I love them. They clean up really easily. I do have 1 All-Clad non-stick that I use for eggs. I'll never go back to non-stick (except for eggs).

  • I use All Clad stainless steel.  I absolutely love them.  I really dislike cooking with nonstick pans.  For frying, I use Lodge cast iron frying pans.  I've used those my entire life and it's easiest for me to cook with since it's what I learned to cook with.
  • All-Clad stainless. You cannot beat the way they cook. I also have an All-Clad stainless/nonstick combo omelette pan.

  • So all of you that use stainless, what is the secret to getting food not to stick?  You are making me want to try my stainless again.
