  • I've been hitting my step goals and going to the gym. My feet have been murdering me, so I've been going relatively easy. I haven't lost weight, I've actually gained a little back, but I think it's muscle mass because I actually lost inches and had to tighten my belt. It's still discouraging.

  • @xxjen015 - I'd rather lose inches than weight! Just think of all the muscle your building that will burn more fat all day! Your doing awesome!

    I've been sidelined with my knee. I do have some big cleaning plans this weekend. Back to the gym next week. My knee should be feeling better. I think it was deeper than u thought.

  • Inches are better than weight, and muscle burns more cals in the long run! Go girl!!!

    I've been so busy lately--I need to MAKE time to work out.  Trying to get started again next week.

    I have been eating super healthy, though, and I can tell that my stomach looks a little flatter.

  • @xxjen015 I used to take my measurements regularly as a better indicator of my weight loss and gain.  If you're tightening your belt, that's wonderful news!  Keep up your hard work!

    @mana8503 I hope your knee feels better!

    I want to work out, but I don't have time.  I am not paying a babysitter so I can go to the gym and by the time H gets home and things are settled, it's too late.  I want to start doing things at home, but I haven't figured out a good time yet.

    I freaked out last week when I gained 5 pounds in a week.  I had my period.  When I weighed myself this week I had lost it.  I can't believe I gained 5 pounds in water weight.  I am trying to eat healthier and cut down on portion sizes.  H and I are getting a little ridiculous with how much we've been eating lately.
  • Went to the gym last night. Things have still been limited option wise still due to my wrist.
