  I'm thankful I have tomorrow and Saturday off.  And that I will be quitting my job in exactly 3 months.

  I am thankful that H and I are both home today with O.  We are getting some organizing done that we've been putting off.

  I'm thankful for the unexpected day off. H and I have already painted our bedroom and once it's dry, we'll tackle pulling up the carpets in there. 

  
  

  I'm thankful that I got my observation out of the way yesterday. Now I only have 2 left for the year! We knew we might be out today, so my principal told everyone else she's coming Friday to knock 'em out. I'm glad mine's over with and that it was good!! 

  
  

  I'm thankful for being able to spend the money to get good tickets to Wicked. I'm going Saturday night in Atlanta and will be in the 6th or 7th row. I've almost cried multiple times I'm so excited (I'm blaming it *partially* on medication changes, the rest...I have no excuse!)

  I'm thankful that after making some healthy changes a few months ago I can see the changes in my body, and a few people have even complimented me.  I've never, ever lost body fat without starving myself before this, so I'm really proud.  I want to pass on good eating habits to my kids, and I think I'm laying a good groundwork for that.

  I'm thankful for my family.  As sad as loss is, it's great to have the family come together and support each other.

  I am thankful for someone I have never even met. Last month, I applied for a laboratory job back in my hometown. About a week or so later, I was informed that it had been filled internally.
  
  Monday while I was at home, I got an email from their hiring department informing me that the internal hire fell through and encouraging me to reapply. Completely made my day.

  I'm also thankful D seems to really be enjoying our new church.  We have been going for about a year now after many years of church hunting.  I felt like I was sort of forcing him to go, but recently he has started making church on Sunday part of our weekly routine.
