Re: Getting Healthy Check-In
How has your progress been this week? Meh... I'm stress eating and we had no power at the house last night so we went out for dinner.
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Cutting calories, trying to be more active and increase my time on our new indoor rower.
Best part of your week? For the first time EVER I reached 10,000 steps on Saturday on my Garmin Vivofit!
Worst part of your week? I'm still struggling with the job search. I'm very comforted to know that we can live on DH's salary but I feel bad that I may not be contributing anything but unemployment checks to our finances.
QOTW: What are you jamming out to during your workouts right now (song, artist, album, Spotify playlist, Pandora channel, etc.)? I've been using a Megan Trainor radio station on iTunes.
Goals? Lose weight, be healthier, look better
How has your progress been this week? Great! Last week was birthday week, including 3 dinners out and a party, and I managed to maintain my weight
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Weight Watchers
Best part of your week? I had a pretty awesome birthday.
Worst part of your week? My boss has been a bit cranky and she's not good at handling her emotions. Mix that with someone like me who is oversensitive and it makes me anxious.

What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Be more active, drink less coke, eat healthier
Best part of your week? DH and I went to WA state for his friend's wedding, and we had a fantastic time!
Worst part of your week? Being sick. I have coughed so much my abs have been sore!
QOTW: What are you jamming out to during your workouts right now (song, artist, album, Spotify playlist, Pandora channel, etc.)?
When I work out, I like to listen to mostly rock music (Sixx AM, Buckcherry, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit). I also like rap music (Ying Tang Twins, Usher, Ludacris).
Goals? Lose 10-15 lbs; fit better in clothes.
How has your progress been this week? Good consistency with my work-outs; 'meh' about my diet. This week, every pair of my pants actually fit!
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Gym 4 mornings a week, sand volley ball, hiking/run once weekly.
Best part of your week? Took a beautiful, rainy hike with DH and the pups on Saturday. Also, an old friend surprised me at work by bringing chocolate and flowers Monday and then took me out to dinner.
Worst part of your week? 3-1-15
QOTW: Right now, I'm loving the Spotify playlist "Intensity". Some of the songs are admittedly quite offensive, but the rest of it is great!

Goals? Lose about 50 lbs
How has your progress been this week? Much better. I didn't lose any weight, but I do feel better.
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? MFP, more water intake, cleaner eating.
Best part of your week? Paying less than $80 for my injections, Aetna covered the rest.
Worst part of your week? Snow, ice, cold! I need Spring to get here already.
QOTW: What are you jamming out to during your workouts right now (song, artist, album, Spotify playlist, Pandora channel, etc.)? I am waiting for nicer weather to walk around the lake after work, but when I go for walks, I don't listen to anything.
Goals? To continue to lose weight at a healthy pace
How has your progress been this week? Been ok, have been clean eating.
What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? 21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan and Workout routine, as well as hitting the gym for extra cardio,
Best part of your week? Wednesdays, the one day I don't have aftercare
Worst part of your week? Every other day because I have aftercare
