AW: 401(k) Match
Just got our annual e-mail about how much our company is going to match our 6%. Last year it was 75%, this year after a record year in our industry, we are getting 100% match. With my raise last year, this is going to help me so much on catching up on my retirement savings.

One of ours only matches 50%. The other doesn't match anything.
H gets 5% matched 100% and we are so thankful for that!

NIce! That's a generous program with a 100% match up to 6%.
One thing I like that my company does is, in addition to a 100% match up to 3%, they pay an annual bonus to everyone's 401K. Even if you don't contribute to the 401K, as long as you opened an account, you get a piece of the bonus that is based on the company's profits for the previous year.
