We have to move :(
I am so stressed out. The townhouse we live in is being put on the market. We have in our lease that we can continue to live here if it in in "showable" condition. Well, a relator came to look at our house and she advised my landlord that it would be best for us to move before it is put on the market, which is April 15. I talked to my landlord last night and he agrees, saying that it would be so much easier for all of us. The other option would be to put 40% of our belongings in storage (that he pays for) and we have it looking like a showcase for all the showings, which we were willing to do that with the hopes that it doesn't sell. However, now my landlord doesn't really want to do that. He'd rather just have us leave. We are not sure where we are going to move to. There is a house that is for rent. We are going to look tomorrow at it. The other option is an expensive apartment on a golf course that we are assuming we will be approved for, but may not be. Ugh. I hate this!

The house we are going to look at tomorrow is in the location I want. (My commute to work would be 12 minutes less each way.) It is 3 bedrooms, with a beautiful updated kitchen but it doesn't have a garage and it has oil heat and window units for the air. But it is on a gigantic lot with a spacious deck. However, we have to get approved and that's the issue. The realtor who is listing it said several couples are interested.

Now, I saw a condo for rent in a very nice development kinda close to where we live now but that would mean my commute would be just as long, if not longer. However, it has a clubhouse with an indoor pool! Oh and our rent would be around what it is now.
