Re: Favorite baby item
If it's just one item, for me it was the Ergo carrier. I used it so much until she out grew it.
I loved the swing in the early days. Since Lily slept on me, the swing was one of the only ways I could get her to nap so I could shower and stuff. The next time around I am really interested in getting a rock n' play instead of a swing. I heard such great things from several of the moms in my mom group about them.
Sophie was great for teething. I used a moby for awhile until Lily was big enough to fit in the Ergo.
The kick and play piano mat was a huge hit! He paid way more attention to that then the regular playmat we had.
OUr swing was a lifesaver for awhile. We have a bouncy chair but I think we used it one time... seriously.
Aden&Anis swaddle blankets.... must have! We still use our so we definitely got our money's worth.
Video baby monitor, i dont know how people feel ok with not having one.
Basic baby bath, we got a no frills model that was perfect. We used it until Caden could sit up on his own.
Reusable breast pads. Nice and soft and breathable. After using those I hated disposable ones.
I'm sure I could add tons more. LOL
My favorite baby item was the jumper that hung in the door frame. She jumped for 30 minutes straight sometimes. It was a lifesaver from 5-10 months of age.
Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
Tara - She was okay weight-wise in the Ergo. It's more that she got too tall. I thought about getting a toddler tula but never did. And in the last 6 months really keep wishing for one since she still likes to be carried around sometimes.
