WIJFR: A Darker Shade of Magic (NS)
I will be the first to say that I'm new to the more epic-style fantasy novels (outside of HP, of course) but this one BLEW ME AWAY. It was dark (teehee, pun intended) and action packed and suspenseful. I kept having to set the book down because I was torn between devouring it and not being able to handle the suspense.
I haven't read any of Schwab's other novels, but if they're anything like this one, I'll be putting them on hold at the library soon!
