Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

OMG you guys!
We will be in contract with a buyer for our condo this weekend!! It's only been on the market for a month!! If all goes well with the inspection and review of the condo documents, we will close on June 5th!
What an amazing thing in such a crappy market...and such a relief...let's hope everything goes smooth until close...I might pass out now LOL
