  To answer your question - I've made purchases from Adam & Eve online and they have not sent me anything in the physical mail. Maybe emails, but they all get filtered into either Promotions or my spam folder.

  My wife and I have bought stuff form Adam and Eve as well and they DO send out mailers with some pretty racy stuff in them. They're very discreet on the outside, but on the inside its no holds barred. Just make sure your kids don't open your mail.
