As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Need help please, my wife dosent like when I pull out, she says to cum inside her, I don't wanna get her pregnant and keep upsetting her ,my question is when is it safest to go in her, right after her period or closer to her period?

You need to have a conversation with your wife. If you aren't ready to have children, then you should use some form of birth control (condoms, oral contraceptives, IUD, etc...) until you BOTH are 100% on board with getting pregnant.
