Poll: Do you have a reading opposite?

There's a girl in my book club (two actually) who have reading tastes that diametrically oppose mine. I always know when I see them give a book one star on Goodreads that I'll love it - and if they give it five stars I go ahead and take it off my TBR. Do any of you have reading opposites?

My only good friend who is an avid reader is always reading those 'change your life,' 'make me a better, deeper person' books. As in, her favorite book ever is Eat Pray Love. I immediately remove all of the books she likes from my reading list. She says my favorite books are "too fictional" whatever the f that means.

It's ok, it's still 3 against 2.

Although I'm basing this more on the fact that Jen and Eli are my book soul mates than Joycie and June are my opposites.
