Gift ideas?
I would like to get a gift for my boss as a sort of thank you gesture, but I'm drawing a blank on what to get. She's my age and we're pretty friendly. Her husband is friends with my friend's boyfriend, so we've hung out socially a few times. I don't want to get anything that might be inappropriate, but at the same time I don't want to get something too generic, you know? We go to the same salon, so perhaps a gift card..? Or would that be bad because the amount I spent would be apparent?
Any thoughts?

What about a wine and cheese basket? A couple of nice glasses, some good cheese or cheese spreads, summer sausages, a cheese knife and cutting board, nice kitchen hand towels. You can usually find fun stuff to make something like that at Marshalls/Home Goods.
