At the moment, I am actually, currently reading NOTHING. How shocked are you? I finished Jane Eyre last night and gave up on the audiobook I've been listening to in the car today, so until I get home tonight I am officially reading nothing. However, I will be starting The War of the Encyclopaedists by Christopher Robinson tonight and I'll start California by Edan Lepucki on audio once the library clears out tonight.

I'm listening to A Desperate Fortune by Susanna Kearney and reading the third in a witch detective series set in Scotland. After i'm done with the series, i'm moving onto a paranormal romance written by a friend of mine called Dark Angel.

I am still reading A Game of Thrones. Still loving it.

I would probably recommend The Nocte Trilogy by Courtney Cole.

I'm still reading Outlander. I should finish next week. It is #18 for the year.

I would recommend The Winter Sea by Susanna Kearsley.

I'm reading The Alchemist's Daughter. It's slow so far but I'm hoping it will pick up soon.

I recommend Good Omens a lot.

I'm meandering through The Burning Sky by Sherry Thomas and almost done with Let's Pretend This Never Happened by Jenny Lawson.

I've got The Art of Asking by Amanda Palmer going on audio too and I love her perspective on the connection we make with others by asking for and giving help. I think our culture has made us so set on independence that it's hard to ask sometimes.

I want everyone to read the Arcana Chronicles by Kresley Cole so we can talk about how awesome Jack is and how funny and determined Evie is.

I finished The Sowing and began The Reaping by K Makansi. They have an interesting premise, but I'm not drawn in yet. They remind me so much of Delirium, only it's food/seeds and not emotion.

I'm also still reading The Woodcutter, which is just a very strange book. I really enjoy fairy tale reboots but this is almost too much. If you can imagine a novel with almost every fairy tale crammed in, that's The Woodcutter. Still, the imagery is wonderful, full and rich, so I keep reading.
