How is everyone today? I had some vertigo last night. Thankfully motion sickness pills stopped it before it could get really bad. Abby and I are cuddling on the couch while she watches Sesame Street. I'm thinking about taking her to the park after. This week and month are going slow. I can't wait until school is out and DH is home for summer.
Re: Wednesday
I feel you on counting down til DH is done with work for the summer! It will be nice to have non toddler company
I'm also counting down the days until pay day again. Our mortgage payment is going back to normal after an escrow snafu last year. So we can finally get the nursery going! The only furniture Emerson has in her room is a dresser that I am borrowing from my sister. Lol
I'm feeling better. I think my cold/sinus stuff that developed Saturday night is pregnancy related. I remember having a cold that my doctor said was just severe allergies mid July - a few weeks after I found out I was pregnant with Lily. My throat was super sore Sunday but by Monday morning it has just been some congestion and drainage. And the weird thing is I always feel worse by the time I'm going to bed. But then when I get up in the morning, I feel so much better. I'm hoping it's mostly over with by this weekend.
Also still waiting on my doctors office to call me back. I called Monday morning and left a message about needing to schedule an appointment since I got a BFP. Their message service said it would be 24-48 hours for a call back. It's approaching the 48 hour mark soon. I know it's not a rush to get that appointment set, but I also stated in my message that I had congestion, ect and was wondering what was safe to take. It would have been nice to hear back about that. But that's why I have you guys.
Story time was a bust. They are starting their summer program so there are no more story times until September. I let Cade look around the library (he loves books) and decided to leave when he decided to run away instead of listen. Of course that resulted in a full on meltdown.... including the lovely "I'm not sitting down in my car seat" move.
Michelle, I have a list that my doctor gave me, want me to take a picture and send it to you?
Thanks for the book title. She actually went to her doctor last week but they had to reschedule the appointment while she was there as the doctor was delivering a baby. If it were me, I would have gone a lot sooner but I think she was hoping she wouldn't have to.
Our story time ends at the end of May for the summer. I have Lily enrolled for gymnastics in June so we have something to do once a week. I'm waiting to book anything for July to see how I'm feeling by then.
