our renovation project gets bigger! we were planning to go solar as part of a group-buy effort in the area, but their prices cam back higher than a quote we got last year, so we're tacking solar onto our basement/window renovation...now I need to assemble all the parts and submit to the bank this week so we'll actually be able to get to the nursury by the end of the summer.
Anything else you would like to add or PIP?
14 weeks. Craziness!
Best part of your week?
Having 3 glorious days home with her.
Worst part of your week?
Trying to keep up with pumping at work and what she's eating throughout the day. Between the new environment at day care and a growth spurt, I think my bewbs have finally caught up to what she's been drinking. Went from 9 ounces during the day to 15. My goodness!
Milestones?
She wants to roll over so bad. She gets onto her side, and her leg flopped over, but just can't figure out how to get the shoulder out of the way. But she's happy laying there jabbering with her toys.

Milestones? Finishing one bottle, and on and off breastfeeding.

LOs Age(s): 2 months
Best part of your week? Slept 9p-6a the other night and getting on a great daytime schedule with a consistent lunch time nap of at least 2 hours.
Worst part of your week? He got his shots last Friday and spent the day sleeping and crying. He woke up from a nap on me just screaming and it broke my heart. He was back to himself by dinner time though
Milestones? Getting on a good schedule I guess. More smiles. Sitting up better and trying to stand. Head control and tracking are going awesomely as well.
PIP those kiddos! Two of my favorite outfits.
Best part: Bringing him home to my parent's house. I cried most of the drive home.
Worst part: Admitting that I was not meant to breastfeed/pump. My milk never really came in and I was lucky to get 5 cc out of both breasts in a 20 minute session. I quit pumping and sobbed feeding him his last breast milk bottle. I just felt like my body doesn't do anything right--can't get pregnant, and when I do, I can't feed him like normal people get to do. That said, I'm 100% fine with formula, because I'm feeding my baby. But it was tougher than I thought it'd be, even me going into it knowing it might not work because of my previous breast reduction.
Milestones: more awake time? Nothing too exciting up in here.
PIP: He got to attend his last baby shower. We had to reschedule it because he was born the day it was originally scheduled. He had to have some fancy duds.
Baby Boy born 5.3.15
@Aimothy I had the same issues with breastfeeding in the beginning too. No one knew if I would be able to feed her bc of my reduction. It's such an emotional roller coaster. I just wanted you to know I understand how sad it feels bc I am pretty much going to have to stop soon too bc of my reduction and production.
LO age: 10 weeks
Best part of week: we had an awesome BBQ for Memorial Day and my dads 60th bday. It was such a fun weekend and she did amazing with all the people wanted to see her.
Worst part of week: I tried to let my Mom play her grandma role and carry her around to some of her friends and she failed my test. She let people roughly play with her hair and wasn't holding her in a supportive way. I ended up having to take her away. It's sad not being able to trust your own mom to know how to handle an infant.
Milestones: we are sleeping 7 hours! Yay!!!
Pip:
Being silly in our overalls today
TTC 19 months ~Started RE in March 2014~
DH was not ready for IUI so we waited
~Started acupuncture in May 2014~
~~BFP 7/6/14~~~EDD 3/14/15~~It's a girl!!~~
Best part of your week? DH coming home after being gone for five days. The two kids and I all survived!
Worst part of your week? We had some toddler tantrums start to hit. That was less than fun.
Milestones? L rolled over twice! Sounds crazy, but it was definitely intentional. I guess that A having tantrums can be considered a milestone?
Team Green to Team Pink! Baby A born
Here comes 2u2! Team Green to Team Blue! Baby L born
When is your EDD? 6/9
How are you feeling? Good, overall
What are you craving? Bread of all kinds, apparently. I wanted a pretzel for dinner last night, ended up having cheese sticks (pizza crust w/just cheese), and will probably have a bagel for lunch in a bit.
What is grossing you out? Not much
Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? Not this week, I think. We're working on completing our Amazon registry, hopefully today.
Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Had an appointment on Tuesday. All was well, except baby's head is still floating somewhere above my right hip. :-/ I've been ordered to tailor sit to help baby engage.
Have you / will you found out the sex? Not for a couple weeks or so!
Any names picked out? yep
How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Nothing new this week. We still need to do some organizing in there.
